Bloom Nail Polish

I was wandering through Superdrug near Marble Arch the other week and was really pleasantly surprised to see some new (to me) make up concessions there. Two really stood out - the first being called Bloom which had some absolutely stunning nail polish colours on their stand. They also had an offer of 3 for £15 so I couldn't resist choosing some to take home with me.

I chose their base coat, and a vivid purple and coral colour. The purple is called Charlie, and is described on their website as a neon pop of purple, and the coral is called Lisa II, described as a watermelon red. They are sooo pleasing to the eye! And the quality is great - lovely polish, perfect consistancy and very easy to apply, and one coat serves perfectly. The purple is my favourite, the coral looks awful against my pale skin but when I tone it down with the other product I bought, its beautiful.

Which brings me to my second purchase - a 'Trio' from Andrea Fullerton (who I'd never heard of before). They had a great range of products but I limited myself to just one item, which was the Trio in 'Garden of Eden' consisting of a double ended nail polish, with a darkish green and a sheer shimmery coral. At £8 ish its quite expensive, but it is good quality and I only needed one coat of the green colour which lasted a good week. The idea is you layer the colours together, and the coral shimmer does compliment well over the top of lots of colours I have - just adding a little bit of extra shimmer and softer colour.

I am a rubbish blogger because I don't like taking pictures of my hands but here are the bottles for you to see how gorgeous the colours are!

Enjoy
x
